Ryan is a former biomedical research analyst who founded Sundasport in 2018 to offer effective group workouts in an affordable, non-intimidating atmosphere. He is a former NCAA soccer player and high school strength & conditioning coach, and is a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. He enjoys Olympic style weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, running, mountain biking, surfing, nature, and spending time with his lovely life partner Wendy and their 8 million pets.
